TeAda Productions is excited to announce CreAtive Healing Lab (CHL) which will take place from October 2025 through June 2026. As part of this series, all-star guest teaching artists will facilitate workshops that combine the arts, social justice, and collective healing. The goal of CHL is to be a sanctuary-third place for community to gather, process current events, imagine sustainable futures, community-build, and heal through sharing space and creating art.
The 4th workshop of the Spring is titled “Voices of Courage: Embodying Sound for Healing & Liberation” and will be led by Adele Choh Zin.
About the workshop: This workshop guides participants into a deeper relationship with their voice through meditation, movement, and vocal exploration. Together we’ll nurture the body and voice with warmups, then practice vocal somatic release as a pathway for grief, anger, or frustration to move safely in community. The journey concludes with a restorative soundbath, reflection, and a unifying collective vocal practice, supporting both personal healing and collective liberation.
