Refugee State: HOME PLACE is the culminating performance of TeAda Productions collaboration with partner organization Program for Torture Victims Los Angeles. This FREE community performance sharing explores the meaning of HOME.

Program for Torture Victims (PTV) Los Angeles assists the courageous survivors of state-sponsored torture and persecution who have stood up for freedom, equality and human dignity. Since 1980, PTV has helped refugees from over 70 countries heal their physical and psychological wounds and begin life a new in California.

Performing will be 2019 TeAda Impact Fellows: Christelle Baguidy, Grace Nabasaaka, Natalie Camunas, Natiq Akinyemi Eshilokun and Rogers Tamale as well as PTV community participants under the guidance of TeAda lead Artists Ova Saopeng and Leilani Chan. Produced by Jade Puga.
