TeAda Productions is excited to announce CreAtive Healing Lab (CHL) which will take place from October 2025 through June 2026. As part of this series, all-star guest teaching artists will facilitate workshops that combine the arts, social justice, and collective healing. The goal of CHL is to be a sanctuary-third place for community to gather, process current events, imagine sustainable futures, community-build, and heal through sharing space and creating art.
The 4th workshop of the series is titled “The Future Is Yours: Creating from Archival Media” and will be led by Alfred Bordallo.
About the workshop: Multi-media, photography, and video art workshop focusing on the practice of blending your lens-based art with appropriated media to better understand our past, present, and future.
Participants get a polaroid and free online resources.
Required materials: Family photo (physical copy ideal), book/literature that inspires you.
About the facilitator: Alfred Bordallo is a photographer and video artist from Guåhan based in Los Angeles, CA.
